A description of services offered by Akontec Venture Projects. It is marketing material and general information.

5. No guarantees of outcome
We do not guarantee income, occupancy, revenue, profit, order volume or return. We do not guarantee that any licence, permit, registration or bank account will be granted — those decisions rest with the authority or institution concerned.
6. Figures shown
All figures, ranges, percentages and timelines are indicative planning ranges, not forecasts. They are confirmed per venture in a written proposal and order form before you commit to anything.
7. Ownership and no immigration effect
Owning a company in any market described here confers no immigration status, residence right or right to work. Business ownership and immigration are separate systems in every one of the five markets.
8. The agreement that does apply
Any engagement is governed by a separate written management agreement and order form, which set out scope, fees, service measures, authority limits, territory and term. Those documents prevail over anything on this site.
9. Intellectual property
The content, design, artwork and code of this site belong to Akontec Synergy Pvt Ltd. You may read, print and share pages for your own purposes; you may not republish them as your own.
10. Links out
We link to our own sister sites and occasionally to third parties. We are not responsible for the content of any external site.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on this website alone. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the liabilities we accept under a signed engagement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
