Nothing invented
If we do not know a number we say so and go and find it. Figures are labelled as planning ranges with stated assumptions. We do not present a model as a forecast.
Consent is never optional
We will not build a venture that breaches a lease, a mortgage condition or a licensing rule, and we do not arrange nominee licence holders. That is the difference between an asset and a liability.
You own everything
Company, lease or title, licences, furnishings, listings, platform accounts, documents and operating manual. If you leave us, the business keeps running on its own paperwork.
We say no
If your objective is a visa, if you need guaranteed income, or if the city you want has closed to your model, we tell you on the first call rather than take the engagement fee.
